NSD Fever

It only comes around once a year – that special holiday just for us! National (or now InterNational) Scrapbooking Day has been celebrated on the first Saturday in May since 1994 as a way to celebrate and promote the art and craft of scrapbooking. Starting out in the paper business with numerous crops, give-aways and sales taking place on this day, it has now branched out internationally and also includes online digital scrapbooking. Throughout digi-land we are celebrating this weekend.

Here’s what you can look forward to from Rina these next few days:
(1) First of all, you can find plenty of Rina's fabulous products in the “Door Buster” section at Scrapbook-Elements for just $1 each!
(2) Next, a brand new GRAB BAG available for only $2.95 until May 4.
(3) In addition to the $1 items and grab bag, Rina's entire store* is ON SALE, marked down with 35% OFF. This sale lasts from Friday May 1st through Monday May 4th – 4 days only!

(4) We’ve also planned lots of fun challenges for you in the SBE forums as well. Join Lisa (scoobie81) and Rina for the So you want to be a Word Artist” challenge (details can be found in THIS forum thread).
Here is the posting bonuses for the Word Art Challenge
And here is a layout I posted tonight for the word art challenge. I used one of the wonderful papers from Rina's new GrabBag for the background. For a full list of credits you can check the gallery description HERE.

And now since you have made it all the way to the end...Here is what you came for...The Freebie! It is a QuickPage made with Moon Over Versaille Page Set by Rina Kroes

Kimberly Stewart has been busy once again and today she has released the cutest dinosaurs with the RAWR Kit . They are just waiting to adorn your scrapbook pages! I used the cuties with the TV Theme Song Lyrics from the PBS show Dragon Tales for my journaling on this page with one of my Grandsons swirling and dancing in his own little world as he plays in the warm spring sunshine. I also used it to make a little Christmas gift album for my Great Nephew Here is the link once again for this cute kit, Kimberly Stewart's RAWR kit and remember all All New Releases are 25% off - Sunday and Monday Only And in reply to the Anonymous Comment from previous post, yes, I am aware that the music on my site uses the bandwidth of site visitors...some approve, some do not. Some like the blinkies, some do not. Although I would love to please everyone, alas, I can not; so I just please myself and do my best not to offend anyone in the process. Red Velvet Cake

If you have never had Red Velvet Cake, then you are missing a real treat!  I must admit that I have not even had it very often, let alone make it but I while working on Marie's wedding album, I made me a couple of recipe pages to include in my recipe book to prompt me to bake this delicious yummy more often.  First let me show me show you the new pages I made this morning.       Rina's Beloved Collection at Scrapbook-Elements  I think the pages turned out really nice so I thought why not share them with you! Since I have many recipes I am wanting to include in my recipe book, I may start sharing more with them, if you would like...just let me know.   *DOWNLOAD NO LONGER AVAILABLE*
