AUTUMN DAYS

The cooler temperatures are welcomed to most everyone in the holler, although this summer has not been has humid as past Kentucky summers.   Still, I personally look forward to catching up on some yard work during the next few weeks before the official arrival of fall.  I also am looking forward to taking some photos of the local colors when the leaves start to change.  All ready, I have seen a few red sumac leaves.

CathyK Designs has released her AUTUMN DAYS BUNDLE at GingerScraps just in time for all our fall photos.  Inside, the AUTUMN DAYS KIT you'll find 20 papers, 4 fabric leaves, 15 doodled elements (including 4 leaves, apple pie, sunflower, cider mug, 2 leafy stems, apple, acorn, Indian corn, pumpkin, and squash), 3 frames (raffia, twisted ribbon, and acrylic), 3 journal cards, seed scatter, paint splat, 2 acorns, walnut half, tied tag, 4 layered burlap buttons, berry stem, scarecrow, raffia bow, gingham bow, 4 assorted ribbons, 2 string, swirl, staple, row of stitching in 3 colors, 5 word strips, 6 assorted flowers, and an alpha (uppercase letters, numerals, and common punctuation). There is also a coordinating set of clusters and a set of 22 word strips available, or get all 3 products in a money-saving bundle. SFH/SFO Friendly.

I had a great time playing with the new AUTUMN DAYS BUNDLE by CathyK Designs.  Cathy will be introducing more kits soon so check out HER STORE here.  You can also check out CathyK's Designer Gallery at GingerScraps for more awesome inspiration.   Until next time, Peace and Hugz :)

RAWR

Kimberly Stewart has been busy once again and today she has released the cutest dinosaurs with the RAWR Kit . They are just waiting to adorn your scrapbook pages! I used the cuties with the TV Theme Song Lyrics from the PBS show Dragon Tales for my journaling on this page with one of my Grandsons swirling and dancing in his own little world as he plays in the warm spring sunshine. I also used it to make a little Christmas gift album for my Great Nephew Here is the link once again for this cute kit, Kimberly Stewart's RAWR kit and remember all All New Releases are 25% off - Sunday and Monday Only And in reply to the Anonymous Comment from previous post, yes, I am aware that the music on my site uses the bandwidth of site visitors...some approve, some do not. Some like the blinkies, some do not. Although I would love to please everyone, alas, I can not; so I just please myself and do my best not to offend anyone in the process. I hope each of you come to visit me o...

In Memoriam Collection

Anyone who has lost a loved one knows how much they cherish them and want to preserve their memory. Putting together a Memory Album is one way of remembering them, now and for future generations. Rina and Kimberly have come together in bringing you the "In Memoriam" collection that exemplifies gentleness in strength. Inside this large collection you will find a myriad of embellishments and papers that are suitable for both softly feminine and more rugged masculine pages. It is delicate and sensitive, yet strong and thoughtful. The colors are peaceful, yet with an intensity that gives them strength. You will be able to choose from a number of color combinations: from crisp silvery white and lavender, to the soft glow of gold leaf and sky blue, from warm caramel and taupe to shades found in nature, and finally to accent colors of scarlet red, navy blue and dark purple. Often times our emotions are still very raw from our loss and we may find it difficult to draw on our own c...
